Job Description
Job Summary

The Medicare Member Materials Manager is responsible for overseeing the benefits, operations, communication, reporting, and data exchange related to the Medicare/MMP product. This role supports all Medicare lines of business, including the development and editing of beneficiary communications such as Welcome Kits, Coverage Determinations, change notices, and legal documents in various formats and languages. The manager ensures compliance with Medicare guidelines, manages website updates, and supports contract year preparations and project timelines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Lead and support all operations within the business unit, promoting growth, efficiency, and team development.
  • Review and ensure compliance with CMS and State guidance.
  • Foster teamwork, resolve conflicts, and support employee performance and development.
  • Manage operational projects, evaluate outcomes, and maintain alignment with the business mission and goals.
Job Qualifications

Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or English.

Required Experience: 5-7 years in relevant roles.
