Job Description
Job Summary

Responsible for managing the benefits, operations, communication, reporting, and data exchange of the Medicare/MMP product to support strategic and corporate objectives. Supports all Medicare lines of business, including the annual Medicare and Medicare-Medicaid Plan Applications and Plan Benefit Package design. Provides centralized year-round support for beneficiary communications, including Welcome Kits, National Coverage Determinations, change notices, and legal documents in various formats and languages. Ensures business readiness for upcoming contract years, reviews materials for compliance with Medicare guidelines, and manages updates to the Medicare public website. Assists in developing and maintaining project timelines and work plans to ensure timely completion of projects and submissions.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Leads and manages a team, overseeing all operations within the business unit. Responsible for project closure, staff contribution assessment, and promoting growth and efficiency. Provides coaching, counseling, and performance improvement. Reviews guidance from CMS and State agencies to ensure compliance. Fosters teamwork, resolves conflicts, and maintains a positive work environment.

  • Leads and manages team in planning and executing programs.
  • Enforces policies, procedures, and standards for a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Develops an employee-oriented culture emphasizing quality, improvement, retention, and high performance.
  • Maintains employee schedules, including training and leave.
  • Identifies trends, manages projects, and evaluates outcomes.
  • Upholds the mission and goals of the business unit.
Job Qualifications
Required Education

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or English.

Required Experience

5-7 years of relevant experience.

Additional Details
