Qualifications

• Current license to practice nursing (LVN preferred).
• Written and verbal English communications are required for business use.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities are necessary.
• Two years of nursing experience in long-term care preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Medicare/MDS resident assessment process.
• Ensure Interdisciplinary Team completes MDS assessments timely.
• Coordinate development, implementation and evaluation of care plans.
• Perform or assist with nursing interventions as ordered by physicians.
• Ensure infection control standards are followed in nursing care.
