Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience reviewing Medicare marketing materials and ensuring compliance with CMS guidelines? Our client (a major healthcare company) is looking for someone like you to play a key role in helping them maintain the highest standards in Medicare marketing!

Location: Fully Remote

Pay Rate: $35–40/hour (depending on experience), paid weekly

Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours

Assignment Length: Through December 2025 (potential extension or conversion)

Start Date: ASAP (pending onboarding)

About the Role

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our Medicare Marketing Oversight team. You'll review and track marketing materials submitted by Third Party Marketing Organizations (TPMOs) such as brokers and agencies to ensure compliance with CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines, internal policies, and brand standards. You’ll collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, log, and track marketing materials from TPMOs
• Ensure all materials comply with CMS guidelines
• Provide clear feedback to TPMOs for required revisions
• Collaborate internally to resolve complex compliance issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and version control
• Support audit and reporting activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience (7+ years)
• 2+ years’ experience in healthcare compliance, Medicare Advantage, or Part D marketing review
• Familiarity with CMS Medicare Marketing Guidelines and TPMO processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as SharePoint or Asana

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Medicare carriers or TPMOs
• Knowledge of Medicare products
• Experience with CMS submission portals or regulatory workflows
