Job summary

Archer, collaborating with Oracle Health, seeks an experienced Healthcare Integration Architect to support mission-critical healthcare environments. You will analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex interfaces, review ICDs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable data exchange across federal healthcare programs.

Requirements include 5+ years in healthcare interfaces, HL7 v2.x expertise, SQL skills, and familiarity with interface engines in Linux/Unix environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare interfaces, interoperability, or enterprise healthcare integration.
• Strong knowledge of HL7 v2.x messaging, ACK/NACK processing, and clinical workflows.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience with HL7, ANSI X12, XML, and file-based interfaces.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, MLLP, SFTP/FTPS, and HTTPS.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex healthcare interface issues.
• Analyze end-to-end integration architectures and data flows.
• Troubleshoot HL7 interfaces, message processing failures, and performance bottlenecks.
• Use logs, SQL queries, and docs to identify root causes and fix problems.
• Review ICDs and validate interface configurations against specs.
• Support production incidents and go-live activities.
