Job summary

Alignment Health is seeking a Field Sales Representative for a field-based role in Wake County, NC. The role focuses on generating leads to meet enrollment targets and retaining members within Alignment Health plans.

You will build relationships with providers and community affiliates and participate in local marketing activities. The position requires Medicare sales experience, an active life insurance license, and strong presentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years Medicare sales experience and/or Medicare community outreach experience.
• Must have and maintain active life insurance license within the respective selling state.
• Strong understanding of CMS Marketing Guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and retain existing members.
• Pursue grassroots local area marketing to generate leads.
• Attend telemarketing blitzes as required by management.
• Build and maintain relationships with providers and community affiliates.
• Submit daily or monthly activity production reports as required.
• Distribute CMS approved marketing materials to prospects and providers.
• Conduct group or one-on-one presentations to prospects and providers.
