Job summary

Humana is seeking Medicare Field Sales Agents to work in the designated territory. This field-based role requires in-home visits, community events, and face-to-face interactions to educate members on Medicare Advantage, Life, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coverage.

You will drive self-generated sales, hit performance targets, and contribute to Humana’s growth in the local market while maintaining compliance and high service standards.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License required.
• Must reside in Volusia or Flagler County, FL.
• Valid state driver’s license and vehicle liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and educate individuals on Humana’s Medicare Advantage plans and other offerings.
• Create face-to-face connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits.
• Drive self-generated sales, meet performance goals, and expand Humana’s presence in the market.
