Community Health Choice, Inc. is seeking a Product Development Manager (D-SNP) to lead development and evaluation of new and existing plan designs, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and market competitiveness.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, stakeholder collaboration across Business Development, Finance, Compliance and Operations, and ongoing monitoring of product performance with STAR/CHIP/Medicare and Marketplace lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in product management or development in healthcare or managed care.
• 5+ years of Medicare (D-SNP) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with executive management to build infrastructure to service commercial accounts and coordinates cross-departmental consensus.
• Manages implementation teams and ensures full transition to operational models.
• Leads monthly service meetings with clients and develops performance monitoring reports for internal and client use.
• Advances the organization's brand by participating in community and industry activities and driving strategic initiatives.
• Completes and submits RFPs and bid submissions for new and existing programs.
• Keeps current with trends in product development, distribution strategies, and relevant regulations (HHSC and TDI).
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education
