Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in Medicare or Medicare Advantage compliance or regulatory work.
• 2+ years of Project Management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as market compliance officer for assigned SNPs.
• Track, analyze CMS and state regulations to develop recommendations and escalation ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Lead and implement a Compliance Program per CMS Medicare and Medicaid rules and government contracts.
• Support regulators with written responses and manage external audits.
