Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) is seeking a Director of Health Plan Product Management to lead Medicare/D-SNP product development and lifecycle management, ensuring regulatory alignment and strategic execution.

You will partner with executives and cross-functional teams to shape benefits, roadmap priorities, and implementation across the organization, driving member value and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in health benefit plan development/implementation.
• Experience with health plan operations and regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in a matrix structure.

Responsibilities

• Guide Medicare/D-SNP product ideation, planning, and implementation.
• Develop product roadmaps and prioritize execution with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Provide strategic analysis to Executives on product direction and performance.
