Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with medical terminology and healthcare records preferred.
• Clinical/healthcare admin or insurance experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proofread and quality-review medical reports and cost projections.
• Assist in Medicare-related documentation and support activities.
• Verify ICD codes and medication information.
• Provide customer support with Medicare Advantage Plans and providers.
• Review and organize medical records and supporting documents.
• Upload/manage documents in government portals and internal systems.
