Summary A Coordinator serves as a Medicare Secondary Payer Compliance liaison between insurers, third-party administrators, attorneys, and various departments within the company. The role involves managing and maintaining an active caseload containing confidential information. The Coordinator is responsible for both written and verbal communication with teammates and customers to ensure the completion of requested services. The ability to collaborate with all teams to meet internal and client-specific service expectations is essential. Additionally, this role requires a willingness to cross-train with teammates in similar roles to provide backup support when needed.
