Job summary
DP Professionals (DPP) is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for a contract engagement with a healthcare insurer. The role is onsite in Columbia, SC, and operates within Agile teams using Jira and Confluence to document user stories and collaborate with developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
You will take ownership of tasks, help define customer needs for cloud-based analytics solutions, and contribute to IT projects with cloud deployments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, or 4 years of related work experience.
- 6 years of IT business analysis experience.
- Agile Product Owner or Agile Business Analyst experience.
- Cloud hosted application experience.
- Jira/Confluence experience.
- TestRail/ALM experience.
Responsibilities
- Work within Agile teams, participate in daily stand-ups and use Jira/Confluence to track progress, document user stories, and collaborate with developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
- Contribute to team presentations, communicating technical concepts in a clear, business-oriented manner.
- Take ownership of tasks, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to scalable, cloud-based analytics solutions.
- Help define customer needs in a technical context, ensuring cloud solutions meet objectives.
- Provide guidance in support of large cloud IT projects, contributing to technical execution and overall success.
