Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field OR equivalent work experience.

• Cloud-hosted application experience.
• Medicare experience.
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence and negotiate solutions.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, TestRail, ALM.

• Elicit, document, and validate user requirements using business analysis models.
• As SME for one or more business lines; mentor junior analysts.
• Guide technical and customer departments in system development and solution rationale.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer of business direction to technical teams.
• Review problem logs, assist with test plans/matrices, and validate deployment accuracy.
• Provide business direction for system changes and process improvements.
• Operate in Agile environments, participating in daily stand-ups and sprint activities.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders using Jira, Confluence, TestRail, and ALM.
• Contribute to cloud-based analytics solutions, data governance, and compliance efforts.

Type: Contract

Location: Onsite preferred (Partial onsite or remote considered)

Hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (possible overtime to meet project timelines)

About The Role

We are seeking a Cloud Senior Analyst II with strong business analysis and Agile product ownership experience to support a major cloud migration initiative. This role blends technical execution with cross‑functional leadership, serving as a critical bridge between IT and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in cloud‑hosted applications, Agile environments, and Medicare systems, with the ability to define customer needs and ensure proposed solutions align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Subject Matter Expert for one or more business lines; mentor junior analysts.
