AMBA is seeking a Medicare Benefits Representative to work statewide in Arizona as a 1099 Independent Contractor. You will educate association members on Medicare Advantage and supplements, conduct consultations, and present at events.

Qualifications

• Active Life and Health insurance license required or in good standing.
• AHIP certification preferred for Medicare Advantage expertise.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage plans and retirement-focused solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Entrepreneurial, self-directed mindset with drive to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized consultations with association members via phone, Zoom or in person.
• Educate members on Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement options.
• Leverage AEP as a primary selling season and maintain year-round engagement.
• Present at workshops, chapter meetings and educational events.
• Assess member needs, explain options, and guide benefit decisions compliantly.
• Engage in ongoing Medicare Advantage training and compliance updates.
