Job summary

AMBA is seeking an Insurance Benefits Representative (1099 Independent Contractor) in New Mexico. You will meet with retirees and association members to assess needs and propose supplemental insurance solutions, using a consultative sales approach and a strong network of endorsements.

The role emphasizes self-management, outbound outreach, and a performance-based compensation model with commissions and bonuses. Prior Life and Health licensing is preferred or obtained before onboarding.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meet with association members to assess needs and recommend supplemental insurance solutions.
• Educate clients through consultations, seminars, webinars, and group presentations.
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to assist retirees in protecting their health, income, and legacy, including retirement-focused solutions like Fixed Indexed Annuities.
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and business planning to continuously improve performance and results.
