Job summary

Centene Corporation in Dallas, TX is seeking a field-based Enrollment/Sales Specialist to provide education and assistance to Medicare individuals and drive enrollment in the Advantage Medicare product. You will identify prospects, assess eligibility, and coordinate enrollment activities with healthcare partners.

Responsibilities include conducting home visits, representing the Advantage program at community sites, and helping members access healthcare and related services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 1+ year marketing, sales or community relations experience, preferably in managed care/Medicare.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• State Accident and Health Insurance Agent license required upon hire.
• Current state driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective enrollees and determine eligibility for participation in the Advantage Medicare product.
• Develop a local community presence to generate enrollments.
• Conduct home visits and personalized appointments to complete enrollment.
• Market Advantage on-site at hospitals, senior centers, assisted living facilities, and community events.
• Assist members in accessing health care, transportation and related services.
• Prepare and submit applications timely; provide required enrollment documentation.
