Job summary

CTI Consulting in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a licensed ACA Insurance Agent to handle inbound inquiries and guide individuals and families to ACA health plans that fit their needs and budget.

You will work with the Federally Facilitated Marketplace, maintain compliance, and meet enrollment targets while receiving fixed pay plus commission, with inbound leads provided.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License in TX, FL, TN, AL, GA, and SC.
• FFM Certification 2026 current and valid.
• Minimum 1 year of ACA sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to 100% inbound leads with no cold calling.
• Assist clients in enrolling in ACA-compliant health plans via the FFM.
• Explain plan benefits, subsidies, and eligibility clearly.
• Maintain CMS, FFM, and state regulatory compliance.
• Manage client data in CRM and follow up as needed.
• Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and retention targets.

We are looking for a licensed and FFM-certified ACA Insurance Agent to join our growing team. This is a high-opportunity position where all leads are inbound, allowing you to focus on guiding clients and closing enrollments without cold calling. You will work directly with individuals and families to help them understand Affordable Care Act (ACA) health plans and choose coverage that fits their needs and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to 100% inbound leads, no cold calling.
• Assist clients in enrolling in ACA-compliant health insurance plans through the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM).
• Explain plan benefits, coverage details, subsidies, and eligibility criteria clearly.
• Maintain compliance with CMS, FFM, and state regulations at all times.
• Manage client information in CRM systems and follow up as needed.
• Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and retention targets.

Required Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License in 6 states ((TX, FL, TN, AL, GA, and SC))
• FFM Certification 2026 (current and valid).
• Minimum 1 year of ACA sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a high-volume inbound call environment.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM and online enrollment tools.
