Job summary

WebMD, LLC. seeks a Medical Writer to support Medscape Medical Affairs with scientifically rigorous medical content for physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers.

You will create content for digital, live virtual, and in-person formats, develop PowerPoint presentations and text-based copy, and engage with key opinion leaders to ensure alignment with program goals.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in developing medical education content for healthcare providers.
• Advanced degree (MD, PharmD, RN, NP, PA, PhD) preferred; BS with several years of related experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality scientific, medical, and clinical content for physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers.
• Develop PowerPoint presentations, text-based copy, and other deliverables for multimedia programs.
• Engage with thought leaders and medical experts to support content development.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical issues and guidelines relevant to therapeutic areas.
