Qualifications

• PhD/PharmD/MD or equivalent in life sciences required or strongly preferred.
• Strong interest in medical writing and scientific communication.
• Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and time effectively.
• Familiarity with AMA style and reference tools recommended.

Responsibilities

• Draft and revise scientific content across slides, manuscripts, and training materials with supervision appropriate to experience.
• Interpret clinical and preclinical data and translate into clear written content and visuals.
• Apply AMA style and client guidelines consistently.
• Conduct literature searches and organize references using appropriate tools.
• Participate in internal and client meetings to support content discussions and capture action items.
• Track tasks, timelines, and time using Workfront, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams; ensure timely handoff.
