A & Associates is seeking an Environmental Technician in Texas. The role offers $18.00 hourly and a 6:30AM-3:00PM shift, with on-site work at the hospital waste program. You will assist with transferring sharps containers and managing hazardous and non-hazardous waste in a hospital setting.

The position emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and teamwork. Educational requirements include an associate degree or equivalent experience; 24-hour HAZWOPER preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree preferred; or High School Diploma/GED with 2 years relevant experience.
• 24-hour HAZWOPER certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Transfer Sharps Containers and hazardous/non-hazardous material throughout the facility.
• Support onsite waste management programs and handle medical waste and packaging.
• Maintain logs, labeling, and regulatory shipments; follow safety procedures.
