Job summary

WM is seeking a Hospital Services Technician to travel between Baytown-area healthcare facilities, collecting and exchanging waste containers as part of WMHS programs. The role requires on-site presence and adherence to immunization requirements and safety protocols.

The technician will maintain a fixed collection schedule, coordinate with facility staff, and report duty status as scheduled. A valid driver's license and customer-service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• This position requires on-site presence at WMHS customer locations.
• Requires valid driver's license and immunization compliance.
• 2 years industry-related customer service experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travels between healthcare facilities to proactively monitor, collect, and exchange waste containers for WMHS programs.
• Interacts professionally with on-site customer staff to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded.
• Maintains a rigid collection and service schedule.
• Communicates duty status on a defined schedule.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
