Job summary

Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is hiring for a full-time role focusing on medical waste container exchanges and on-site servicing in hospital settings. You will work closely with clinical staff to ensure safety and accuracy in segregation and handling of waste.

Responsibilities include container inspections, inventory maintenance, and reporting via a company smartphone. The position offers steady hours, comprehensive benefits from day one, and a non-negotiable hourly rate of $20–$22.

Qualifications

• Willingness to take a 5 panel urine drug screening.
• Willingness to take a 7 year background check.
• Previous warehouse labor-intensive experience with repetitive lifting of heavy containers.
• Basic math and ability to read/record weights accurately.
• Familiarity with weighbridge/scale systems.
• Comfort with repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods in PPE.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and timely medical waste container exchanges and proper segregation in hospital settings.
• Inspect and service Daniels Health containers in clinical areas, including spaces with sensitive equipment and patients.
• Maintain inventory and stocking of containers; keep staging areas clean and organized.
• Use company-provided smartphone to manage tasks, report issues, and communicate with team.
• Represent Daniels Health with professionalism and a strong work ethic.
