Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused NON CDL driver to operate a 26 ft box truck in the Taylor, MI area, collecting sharps and medical waste containers and delivering with a high level of customer service daily. This role offers autonomy, stable hours, access to OT and good benefits.

We provide safety gear and rigorous training; schedule is Monday–Friday with 6 AM start times and 40–45 hours per week, plus a $3k sign-on bonus for new hires ($1k after 30 days, $2k after 90

Qualifications

• Non CDL driving experience required.
• Delivery and loading/unloading experience advantageous.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work full time hours (~40 hours/week).
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Safely collect and deliver medical waste containers at customer locations.
• Provide strong customer service and build positive customer relationships.
• Operate vehicle safely and on time per schedule.
• Log hours and perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections.
• Load/unload and organize the truck per schedule.
• Maintain route efficiency and communicate changes as needed.
