Job summary

Daniels Health is seeking a driver for a 26-foot box truck in Grand Rapids, MI. You will collect sharps and medical waste, deliver with strong customer service, and maintain safe driving practices across DOT guidelines.

The role offers a stable, full-time schedule (Mon-Fri, ~40 hours) with benefits, overtime opportunities, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus paid in installments after start and 90 days. Drive safely and support our healthcare clients daily.

Qualifications

• Class B license required.
• Experience with manual handling and vehicle pre/post-trip checks.
• 7 Year FADV review in the Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

• Safely collecting, delivering and storing medical waste containers.
• Providing strong customer service and building relationships.
• Operating vehicles safely (up to 26 ft box trucks).
• Complete deliveries on schedule and communicate changes.
• Loading and unloading; route organization per schedule.
• Complying with DOT regulations and logging hours.
