Daniels Health & Sharpsmart in Ellenwood, GA is hiring a Plant Operator/Warehouse Associate for our medical waste treatment facility. You will weigh incoming regulated waste, load and operate the autoclave, recertify 55‑gallon drums, and track waste with precise paperwork.

This is a full-time, DIRECT HIRE position with consistent hours, safety PPE, and team‑oriented work culture. We value reliability, ability to lift 50+ pounds, forklift certification or willingness to obtain it, and a can‑do

Qualifications

• Experience in training others.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds safely and repeatedly.
• Fortune to work with PPE around medical waste.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Proven reliability and tenure with previous employers.

Responsibilities

• Weigh incoming regulated medical waste containers (using our Weighbridge).
• Load/operate our autoclave machine.
• Recertifying 55 gallon drums.
• Counting universal waste and adding them to the manifest.
• Provide attention to detail with paperwork.
• Stand for extended periods; work well with a team.
• Maintain a “can‑do” attitude and safe, efficient work.
