Qualifications

• Experience in labor-intensive warehouse or manufacturing work.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds safely and repeatedly.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.
• Comfortable working around medical waste with PPE.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Team player with reliability and tenure.

Responsibilities

• Weigh incoming regulated medical waste containers using the weighbridge.
• Load/operate the autoclave for material processing.
• Recertify 55‑gallon drums.
• Count universal waste and update the waste manifest.
• Assist with training others.
• Lift up to 75 lbs and handle 55‑gallon drums.
• Maintain thorough paperwork and accuracy.
• Stand for extended periods and work well with a team.
