Job summary

Sharps Compliance, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler I to support daily waste processing operations and move materials safely. You will assist with core plant functions, training, and a clean, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years in warehouse, manufacturing, sanitation, or labor is acceptable.
• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds and push/pull up to 200 pounds.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload autoclave carts and box waste safely and efficiently.
• Move carts through tipping and cart washing equipment.
• Clean containers and equipment using pressure washing tools.
• Inspect carts and containers for cleanliness and damage.
• Weigh box waste and accurately record processing information.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; perform general housekeeping.
• Follow all safety policies and support daily operations with the team.
