Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is hiring a Loader/Unloader (Medical Waste Associate) for our Utah facility. You will handle loading/unloading, check paperwork, move waste containers, and operate a forklift to load the autoclave.

This frontline role offers steady hours, safety-first PPE procedures, and non-seasonal work. The ideal candidate can lift 50+ pounds, work in a fast-paced team, and maintain accurate weights and records.

Qualifications

• Experience in labor-intensive environments such as warehouses or manufacturing.
• Lifts 50+ pounds safely and repeatedly with proper technique.
• Reliable with good tenure history and attendance.
• Comfortable working around medical waste with PPE.
• Willingness to pass a 5-panel drug screen and a 7-year background check.
• Basic math and ability to read/record weights accurately.
• Familiarity with weighbridge/scale systems and forklift operations.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading trucks and trailers on site, ensuring timely transports.
• Preparing and packing customer orders for transport.
• Moving trucks and handling housekeeping duties.
• Working in a fast-paced team environment and adhering to safety codes.
