Job summary

Daniels Health & Sharpsmart is hiring a Loader/Unloader for our Baltimore, MD facility. The role involves loading/unloading containers, weighing and processing shipments, and operating the autoclave and Washsmart system.

You will handle paperwork and work closely with a team in a safety‑focused environment. The position requires a valid driver’s license, prior warehouse experience with heavy lifting, basic math skills, and comfort with PPE.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in a warehouse labor‑intensive role with heavy lifting.
• Basic math and ability to read/record weights accurately.
• Familiarity with weighbridge/scale systems.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and working in PPE.
• Proven longevity with prior employers.
• Can‑do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lift 55 lbs and push a four‑wheeled cart weighing up to 200 lbs.
• Weigh incoming sharps and medical waste containers.
• Load/operate autoclave machine for material processing.
• Load the Washsmart container washing and sanitization system.
• Maintain accurate paperwork for container processing.
• Stand for extended periods while working comfortably.
• Collaborate effectively with a team.
