Job summary

ZB RX MEDICAL LLC in Carrollton, TX is seeking an Operations Specialist I to manage receiving, restocking, and building inventory for Sales Representatives and customers. You will track inventory, perform cycle counts, and support the Operations Team Leader and Site Manager.

Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries, updating records in inventory software, maintaining HIPAA privacy practices, and ensuring timely, accurate transactions.

• Assists with clerical tasks and data entry to support inventory control.
• Collaborates with Operations Team Leader and Site Manager to meet deadlines.
