Job summary

Rx Medical in Carrollton, TX is seeking an Operations Specialist 3 Sourcer (Medical Warehouse) to lead sourcing, inventory, and delivery for surgeries and medical procedures. You will coordinate products, manage cross-site inventory flow, and optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with sales and operations to prioritize urgent case needs, maintain strong internal and external relationships, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and privacy

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, or similar.
• Proven ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and make decisions independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills across teams (calls, texts, email).
• Tech-savvy and able to learn inventory and tracking systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and source products for surgeries and medical procedures

• Optimize delivery routes and logistics for efficiency and timeliness
• Track and monitor inventory movement, ensuring accuracy at all times
