Chicago ENT - Advanced Center for Specialty Care is seeking a TRIAGE coordinator to triage patients, collect medical histories, and relay information between patients and physicians. You will support research initiatives under direct MD supervision and ensure accurate documentation in line with CGP, HIPAA, and study protocols.

Qualificações

• Experience with medical terminology and clinical communication.
• Bachelor's degree in science or related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with PC-based software including EClinicalWorks.

Responsabilidades

• Triages patient calls and documents medical history.
• Transcribes history and physicals with physician.
• Transcribes orders for labs, imaging, and meds.
• Documents consultations and follow-up instructions.
• Ensures chart data is complete for physician decisions.
• Complies with clinical research SOPs and HIPAA.
• Supports research initiatives and potential publications.
