Xfive Transportation in Brockton, MA seeks a Medical Transportation Driver (NEMT) earning $20.00 per hour to transport patients to medical appointments and related facilities. The role offers a take-home company vehicle, flexible full- and part-time schedules, and on-the-road work location.

Join a growing team focused on safe, reliable, compassionate service for individuals needing medical transportation. No commute to office required; schedule varies with weekdays and weekends.

Competenze

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license for at least 3 consecutive years.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• Reliable, punctual, patient, and professional.
• Comfortable assisting elderly passengers and individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to use GPS and smartphone applications.
• Previous medical transportation experience is a plus, but not required!

Mansioni

• Safely transport passengers to and from medical appointments.
• Operatesedans, minivans, and wheelchair-accessiblevehicles as assigned.
• Assist passengers with entering and exiting vehiclessafely.
• Properly secure passengers, seat belts,and wheelchairs when applicable.
• Follow assigned schedules and maintain punctualpickups and drop-offs.
• Communicate professionally with passengers, dispatchers, and healthcare facilities.
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle and complete basic safety inspections.
