Xfive Transportation in Brockton, MA is seeking Medical Transportation Drivers (NEMT) to provide safe rides to medical appointments and healthcare facilities. You’ll receive a take-home company vehicle and earn $20.00 per hour with flexible full-time or part-time options.

Drive on the road in sedans, minivans, and wheelchair-accessible vehicles, with no daily office commute and scheduling that fits weekdays or weekends. Join a caring team dedicated to helping people access essential care.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license for at least 3 consecutive years.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• Reliable, punctual, patient, and professional.
• Comfortable assisting elderly passengers and individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to use GPS and smartphone applications.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers to and from medical appointments.
• Operates sedans, minivans, and wheelchair-accessible vehicles as assigned.
• Assist passengers with entering and exiting vehicles safely.
• Properly secure passengers, seat belts, and wheelchairs when applicable.
• Follow assigned schedules and maintain punctual pickups and drop-offs.
• Communicate professionally with passengers, dispatchers, and healthcare facilities.
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle and complete basic safety inspections.
