Job summary

Xfive Transportation in Brockton, Massachusetts is hiring School Transportation Drivers to safely transport students to and from school. You’ll start your day from home, operating a take-home company vehicle, and follow a Monday–Friday schedule with opportunities for full‑time or part‑time work.

Earn $20.00 per hour with a straightforward pay structure and CORI/SORI/background screenings. We offer 7D certification assistance to qualified applicants and a rewarding role that makes a difference in

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 3 consecutive years.
• Satisfactory driving record with no license suspensions.
• Massachusetts 7D Certificate preferred; applicants without one may apply.
• Ability to pass CORI, SORI, and other background screenings.
• Comfortable working with school-aged children.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport school-aged children to and from school and other authorized destinations.
• Follow all applicable Massachusetts and federal traffic safety requirements.
• Operate sedans, minivans, and wheelchair-accessible vehicles as assigned.
• Assist students with safely entering and exiting the vehicle.
• Ensure students are properly secured using seat belts, car seats, booster seats, or other required safety equipment.
• Maintain professional communication with parents, school personnel, students, and dispatchers.
• Arrive on time for assigned pickups and drop-offs.
• Conduct basic vehicle safety inspections and promptly report maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming vehicle environment.
• Protect student privacy and follow all company safety policies.

• Massachusetts 7D Certificate preferred, but applicants without one are encouraged to apply.
• Reliable, punctually, patient, and professional.
• Comfortable working with school-aged children, including students who may require additional assistance.
• Ability to safely operate an assigned company vehicle.
