Job summary

CoxHealth seeks a Medical Transport Specialist to provide non-emergency patient transportation from pickup to destination in a timely, safe manner. You will maintain a clean vehicle and workspace, and treat patients with kindness and respect.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, a for-hire driver's license (Class E) or CDL, and the ability to work outdoors. EMT licensure is preferred if available; no prior experience is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• For-hire driver’s license (Class E) or CDL required; driving record reviewed at hire.
• Preferred: Missouri EMT licensure if available.
• Ability to stay calm under stress and follow instructions in outdoor settings.
