Job summary

MTM, Inc. in Yuma County is seeking Drivers to join our team. We offer training classes weekly and a starting hourly rate of $16.00, with paid training onsite in Phoenix and a company vehicle for you to use.

You will provide safe, reliable transportation to passengers, assist with loading and unloading, and ensure on-time pickups while following DOT, ADA and safety guidelines. Excellent customer service and defensive driving are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Valid Arizona driver's license.
• Minimum of 5 years driving history.
• No pending charges or felonies in past 7 years.
• Must pass background check and motor vehicle record.
• Must pass a DOT physical if over 65.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation.
• Demonstrate defensive driving skills.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with passenger loading and unloading.
• Assist with mobility device and securement.
• Ensure on-time pickup and drop-off.
• Complete vehicle inspections before/after trips.
• Complete paperwork as required.
