Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year minimum experience in dispatch, scheduling, transportation coordination, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office and scheduling platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process ride requests via phone, email, or electronic system.
• Schedule and assign rides accurately in Trip Master or other scheduling software.
• Communicate schedules, route changes, and updates to drivers throughout the day.
• Respond promptly to same-day changes, cancellations, or emergency ride requests.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, drivers, and partner organizations.
• Support data collection and reporting for grant and contractual requirements.
• Monitor program performance indicators such as on-time rates and ride completion.
• Provide general administrative support to the Program Coordinator and Program Director.
