Cynet Systems Inc. is seeking an NMT Processor to coordinate transportation for Medi-Cal beneficiaries to medical appointments across the United States.

The role emphasizes accurate processing of requests in line with DHCS guidelines and will support beneficiaries with doctor visits, prescriptions, physical therapy, and other approved services. The position requires at least a high school diploma or GED and strong attention to detail, with 6 months of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or administrative experience; healthcare or transportation coordination preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Teams) and internet browsers.
• Experience navigating case management or help desk systems is a plus.
