St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Medical Technologist to perform moderate and high complexity testing in the Clinical Laboratory. You will analyze specimens, report results, and uphold patient care with empathy in a teaching-hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree in Biological Science with NAACLS MLS program and certification.
• ASCP certification preferred; state licensure where required.
• Minimum 6–12 months clinical internship; generalist in heme and chemistry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate to high complexity testing in the clinical lab.
• Ensure accuracy of results per manufacturer guidelines and regulations.
• Document data promptly in LIS and HIS systems.
• Maintain quality control and participate in QA activities.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation and report discrepancies.
