Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Medical Technologist for the Night shift at Four Peaks Medical Center, Mesa, AZ. You will perform moderate to high complexity testing across multiple lab sections, ensuring accurate results for patient care.

Responsibilities include instrument maintenance, quality control, and collaboration with clinicians. A Bachelor's in medical lab science or equivalent with approved training is required, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent in clinical/medical laboratory science, or biology/chemistry with approved training.
• Includes certification pathways and military training options as acceptable.
• Foreign education must be evaluated for equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate and high complexity testing across lab sections (blood bank, chemistry, hematology, coag, urinalysis, microbiology).
• Ensure accuracy and timely results within turn-around times; document and follow up on critical results.
• Maintain instrument calibration, QC, and troubleshooting; report discrepancies to supervisors.
