Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Medical Technologist for the Deer Valley Laboratory Core in Phoenix, AZ to perform moderate and high complexity testing per CLIA and CAP requirements. Night shift, full-time, with emphasis on accurate results, regulatory compliance, and teamwork.

The role requires a BS in clinical/medical laboratory science (or equivalent) with preferred advanced degrees and certification. You will operate lab instrumentation, maintain QC, and support diagnostic workflows in blood bank,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in clinical or medical laboratory science or equivalent
• Masters/Doctorate preferred in related field
• ABHES/CAAHEP credentials or eligibility preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare and perform a variety of moderate and high complexity tests.
• Ensure results meet turnaround-time expectations and document all actions.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and supervisors as needed.
• Prepare specimens and maintain specimen integrity throughout the testing process.
