• Exercise clinical judgment; troubleshoot test systems with specialists.
• Review and revise procedures to meet CAP, TJC, OSHA standards.
• Maintain shift communications with leadership about issues.
• Participate in staff meetings and projects.
• Participate in competency assessments where qualified.
