Job summary

Family Care Network in Bellingham, WA seeks a Medical Technologist, ASCP - Microbiology for full-time, 32-40 hours per week in Laboratory Services. You will perform test analyses on patient specimens, maintain QC data, and ensure timely results while upholding FCN core values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related science.
• ASCP or equivalently licensed as a Medical Technologist.
• Microbiology experience required.

Responsibilities

• Performs test analyses on patient specimens and quality control samples.
• Maintains documentation and follows dept guidelines for critical values and stats.
• Resolves instrumentation issues and ensures timely turnaround times.
• Keeps work area organized and participates in laboratory competency evaluations.
