Advocate Health is seeking a Laboratory professional to join the 60974 Carolinas Medical Center - LC: Lab team in Charlotte. This full-time role involves performing and supervising testing activities in a high‑volume clinical setting with strict QA standards.

You will prepare reagents, monitor supplies, and maintain accurate documentation, while applying clinical judgment to resolve issues and support accreditation requirements (CAP, TJC, OSHA).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MT, MLS or equivalent registry eligible.
• MT (ASCP) or MLS(ASCP) or equivalent required within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates proficiency and follows testing procedures and policies under QA guidelines.
• Prepares reagents and maintains supplies for test procedures; manages inventory to reduce waste.
• Exercises clinical judgment to identify priorities and troubleshoot test systems with appropriate departments.
