• Interprets and enters data to prepare patient laboratory reports and communicates results.
• Maintains biomedical equipment and performs required maintenance.
• Performs QC/QA to ensure accuracy of test results and manages reagents.
• Identifies and resolves problems; communicates with staff and customers for follow-up.
• Instructs new staff, residents and students; documents training for records.
• Fulfills all compliance responsibilities related to the position.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
