Job summary

HonorHealth Deer Valley Medical Center in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Medical Technologist to perform moderate and high complexity testing across blood bank, chemistry, hematology, coag, urinalysis, and microbiology, following CLIA and CAP standards.

You will ensure timely results, document QC, train staff, and support regulatory compliance, with evenings shift 3:30pm-12am, rotating weekends/holidays; a $5,000 sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in clinical or medical laboratory science or medical technology.
• Minimum 60 semester hours with specified lab/science coursework or equivalent military training.
• Master’s/Doctorate preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderate to high complexity tests across multiple lab sections.
• Ensure accuracy and timely results with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot QC failures and instrument issues.
• Prepare specimens and ensure specimen integrity.
• Maintain compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
