• Maintains licensure, competency, and regulatory compliance in Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology.
• Performs non-technical duties including specimen collection and processing as required.
• Supports department goals for service, quality, regulatory compliance, financial performance, patient satisfaction and collaboration with other departments.
