Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences.
• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology or related field.
• Certification within 1 year from ASCP/AMT as required.

Responsibilities

• Performs, evaluates, and monitors laboratory tests per protocols.
• Evaluates results for clinical significance and reports findings.
• Maintains and calibrates instruments; documents QA activities.
• Ensures proper specimen labeling and collection across ages.
• Provides training and guidance to lab staff and students.
